Carolyn Tully
Australian qualified Senior Associate

Carolyn is an Australian-qualified lawyer in our Dispute Resolution team who has extensive litigation experience across a broad range of areas, having practiced in public, in-house and private sectors.

Carolyn has worked for the Competition Market Authority and acted on behalf of the Treasury Solicitor in public law and private law litigation matters, having been involved in a number of high profile cases in the Upper-Tribunal, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Carolyn has worked in-house for a global bank in a high profile litigation matter with UK and US regulators, acting as the interface between the bank, regulators and externally appointed compliance monitors.

Carolyn also has a range of dispute resolution, property and commercial litigation experience in all aspects of disputes, including in relation to contract disputes, negligence claims, land tax disputes, off-the-plan developments and debt recovery.

Carolyn qualified as a lawyer in 2014 and has been practicing in the UK since 2016.
