Francesca Robinson
Associate

Francesca is an Associate in Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Team and has a wide range of litigation experience advising corporate clients throughout all stages of High Court proceedings, arbitrations and other forms of ADR.

Francesca’s commercial practice focuses on disputes arising out of breaches of directors’ duties, breaches of agreements, unfair prejudice petitions as well as professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals, including auditors and valuers.

She also has experience acting for lenders and financial institutions in financial services disputes and corporate fraud.
