Dispute Resolution: Wasted Costs in Complex Claims – King & Others v Stiefel & Others [2023] EWHC 453 (Comm)
The Commercial Court has refused to award wasted costs against legal representatives following a successful strike out/reverse summary judgment application against their clients, the claimants, despite a damning judgment that the underlying claim was “totally without merit”.
