Zoe Wigan has over twenty years’ experience practising as an employment lawyer in the City, including seven years as a partner. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with particular expertise in working with clients to resolve difficult workplace issues such as discrimination and whistleblowing allegations. She is recognised as an expert on TUPE and other aspects of commercial transactions.

Zoe also has experience as an HR advisor, and this experience informs her pragmatic, solutions focussed advice.
