Ryan D’Souza
Partner

Ryan is a Partner in RK’s Corporate & Commercial Groups.

He is experienced in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and private equity across a broad range of business sectors and jurisdictions.

Ryan drafts commercial documents for companies, shareholders and partnerships. He also advises on all aspects of employment law.

Ryan holds an MBA, enabling a unique insight into the needs of a business. He is also a Solicitor-Advocate having been Called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn, 2003), providing an understanding of contentious issues that clients find comforting in commercial transactions.
