Rebecca is a partner in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group with considerable experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation disputes.

Rebecca has advised a variety of clients such as banks, lenders, insolvency practitioners and landlords on complex commercial litigation matters, with particular emphasis on the areas of banking and finance, professional disputes and real estate litigation. She has handled a large number of professional negligence claims, with involvement in the Webb Resolutions Ltd v E-Surv Ltd (2012) (EWHC 3653) claim which handed down important guidance on matters of contributory negligence and the margin of error in negligence claims against valuers. She has dealt with claims against professionals involving fraud rings, complex title issues, sub-sale transactions, non-registration of charges and matters concerning substantial property portfolios.

In addition, Rebecca deals with real estate and lending related matters which have included failure to complete purchases, complex defended repossessions, joint venture disputes, shortfall recoveries, subrogation, lease forfeiture, landlord & tenant disputes, breach of mortgage conditions and claims involving the Land Registry.
