Senior Associate

Ligia is a Senior Associate in Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Team, with over 10 years’ of experience in litigation and dispute resolution in London and Gibraltar. Ligia is a dual qualified solicitor (in England and Romania) and she has also been called to the Bar of The Supreme Court of Gibraltar. She has developed a wealth of experience extending across various practice areas and she specialises in commercial, financial services and trust disputes.

Ligia’s practice is diverse, covering matters relating to complex commercial and company disputes such as unfair prejudice petitions, directors’ duties, corporate fraud, the protection of confidential information and partnership disputes. Ligia’s work also covers matters within the fields of financial services, breach of duty and breach of contract, breach of indemnity/warranty, professional negligence, employment and jurisdictional disputes. She also acts in appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council from Commonwealth courts.
