James Kidd
Senior Associate

James is a Senior Associate in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group, advising corporate clients in all aspects of disputes, pre-action, in High Court proceedings and in mediation and settlement negotiations.

He has particular expertise in the Commercial Court and the Business List. He has a range of experience in advising and acting for companies, investors, private equity funds & financial institutions. He has handled large value claims for breach of directors duties and breach of commercial agreements. He has wide expertise in handling professional negligence recoveries, against accountants, solicitors, valuers, financial advisors, development professionals and real estate sector professionals. He also handles claims arising out of insurance coverage, particularly professional indemnity policies and third party rights against insurers.

In addition, James has been sworn in as a member of, and is admitted to, the New York State Bar.
