Huy is a Consultant Solicitor in Rosling King’s specialising in banking and finance.
Huy trained in the banking department at Linklaters and has spent time in private practice and working for major banks and financial institutions. He was also part of the working group that drafted the LMA template documentation for real estate finance.
Huy has over 20 years’ experience acting for lenders and borrowers over finance areas including syndicated facilities, real estate and project finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, Islamic finance and crypto finance.
