Avneet Baryan
Senior Associate

Avneet is a Senior Associate in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group within the commercial, financial and real estate sectors, where she acts for a variety of clients including developers, private equity investors, lenders, insurers, brokers, liquidators, directors, shareholders and large corporate entities.

Avneet’s practice incorporates a broad range of commercial disputes from complex high value commercial litigation to smaller claims. Through her training at RK and prior work as a Law Reporter for the President of the Queen’s Bench Division, Avneet’s litigation experience is considerable; dealing with all aspects of court litigation, alternative dispute resolution and pre-action negotiations. She has advised on professional negligence claims, breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery claims, insurance matters and insolvency proceedings.
