Malena is an Associate in Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Team and has experience working for corporate clients across a wide range of multi-jurisdictional disputes, including complex professional negligence claims, corporate fraud and directors’ duties claims, and costs claims.

Malena’s experience also includes real estate litigation, including advising LPA Receivers and lenders in complex mortgage repossession matters and real estate disputes.
